Job Description

Logistics Management
➢Coordinate shipments and deliveries with distributors, manufacturers, vendors, and store teams
➢Manage shipping schedules, resolve delivery issues, and share progress with internal stakeholders
➢Arrange inter-store transfers of game machines and manage vendor warehouse storage
➢Monitor and optimize warehouse costs
➢Note: Installation of machines is handled by a separate department

Asset Management
➢Support the full lifecycle management of game machines, including purchase, delivery, store inventory, warehouse storage, inter-store transfers, and disposal
➢Track and reconcile inventory in vendor warehouses and stores
➢Ensure asset records and system data accuracy in coordination with managers and relevant departments

Post-Installation Support
➢Collaborate with Tech teams and other departments on machine errors or issues after installation

New Store Opening Support
➢Assist with game machine preparation, inventory allocation, and delivery scheduling for new stores
➢Support POS system setup and updates

➢Assist with invoice verification and payment preparation

Vendor & Internal Communication
➢Serve as the point of contact for shipment, inventory, warehouse, asset, and system-related inquiries

Job Requirements 

Education and/or Experience
➢ 4-year college business degree and 5 years management experience, preferably in the entertainment, retail or hospitality industries is preferred

Preferred Skills
➢ Understanding of gaming industry trends and technical requirements for gaming machines.
➢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
➢ MS Office Suite; specifically ability to conduct calculations and compile reports on Microsoft Excel.

Job Description:

  • Daily/weekly/monthly reports from stores and check them for accuracy.
  • Maintain contact lists of vendors and guarantee good business relationships.
  • Act as the point of contact representing the Tech Department for internal and external parties.
  • Interpret Japanese to English and vice versa to ensure effective communication between corporate management, employees, and vendors.
  • Liaise with multiple vendors and in-company departments to handle requests and queries from the Technical Director and the Tech Department.
  • Book travel arrangements (flights, hotels) for technicians’ business trips.
