A trading company in Los Angeles, CA is looking for a HR Administrator.
Job Title: HR Administrator
Pay: $25-$30/H
Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8AM-5PM
Job Type: Perm
Location: CA – Los Angeles
Job Descriptions:
- Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
- Prepares paperwork needed to create new employee profile and sets up the employee profiles in the HRIS system
- Supports HR team for compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Establishes and maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, correspondences, master files, organization charts, reports, and other documentations.
- Updates relevant SOPs and keeps all current.
- Reviews and processes agency and vendors bills in a timely manner.
- Other duties as necessary
Requirements:
- Business level English required – read/write/speak/listen.
- Business level Chinese or Japanese required – read/write/speak/listen.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Ability to adapt to frequent changes in assignments and workload.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields required.
- 2+ years of HR administrative experiences are required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
