Bilingual Quality Control

• Work with team and QC manager to oversee quality assurance activities for production such as temperature control, record keeping, cleaning, disinfection, and other sanitation management tasks.
• Watch over safety and sanitation requirements and keep up to date with current regulations.
• Duties also include assisting with labor and general affairs.

Job Requirements 

• Prior experience working in a food manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of food safety compliance.
• Prior experience in a QC related role in a food manufacturing environment would be a plus.
• Some Japanese communication skills (speaking conversational and listening) required.
• Basic reading skills in Japanese is a plus.
