Job Description:

  • Maintain open communication with auditees at US subsidiaries and Audit team members in group companies.
  • Assist with performing the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of accounting/finance experience (restaurant/hospitality preferred) and 2+ years of hands-on payroll experience
  • Multi-state payroll experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, fringe benefit taxation, and wage & hour/labor law fundamentals.
  • Experience with payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now a plus) and strong Excel skills (MS Office proficiency required).
  • ERP/accounting system proficiency required, including Restaurant365 (R365) and/or Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains); experience with similar ERPs and reporting tools a plus.
