Job Description

  • Meet the monthly and annual sales quota as designated by the manager.

  • Acquisition & Investment Strategy
  • Identify and evaluate potential property acquisitions.

Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and investment strategies (mainly residentials, but also multi-family, commercial, or land acquisitions).
  • Proven track record of successful property acquisitions and project management experience preferred
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and underwriting skills.
