Job Description:
Strategic Business Development
- Proactively develop and expand the Aircraft and Engine pa1ts-out business.
- Forecast new business trends for the Aviation industry and implement standardize operational procedures to improve efficiency.
- Identify and evaluate innovative business opportunities in the aviation industry.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to support corporate needs and growth.
- Identify and develop relationships with new clients and strategic partners.
Financial Management
- Plan, analyze, maintain, and achieve the annual budget for the department under supervision, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial goals.
- Conduct cost analysis for future projects, promoting innovation and continuous improvement of corporate operations.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable in accordance with company policies and regulations to ensure financial integrity and compliance.
- Monitor and advise management through detailed risk management reports on both new and existing business activities.
Operational Leadership:
- Monitor work progress and ensure alignment with company strategic goals.
- Determine workflow, schedules, and operational procedures to ensure cost efficiency and maximize profitability.
- Ensure timely execution of business development initiatives.
Executive Support & Communication
- Provide administrative and operational suppo1t to the President/CEO and other executives, including but not limited to general administrative tasks, preparing and maintaining accurate records, researching new customers or products, and responding to special requests.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with corporate management and related departments.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop department staff to enhance performance, ensure knowledge transfer, and strengthen overall team capability.
- Hire, promote, and manage personnel decisions.
- Create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in aircraft and engine parts-out operations
- Established network within the aviation industry

- Ability to speak, read, and write English is required; Japanese language skills are preferred.
- 10 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
