Pay Range: $22.50 – 27.50 / hour

Duties:
- Phone and e-mail customer service
- Document requests and information gathering from providers
- Claim Processing
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Japanese: Fluent with professional Japanese in speaking, reading and writing
- English: Fluent with professional Japanese in speaking, reading and writing
- Basic operation on Windows/Word& Excel, e-mail, internet web browsing
- Type speed: 30 WPM
- Over 1-3 years of work experience is preferred
- Customer service experience is NOT required
