Work Style: Hybrid
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm (1h lunch)
Pay Range: $22 – $24/hr.

Job Description:
- You will manage the office work environment and office/store products, such as office supplies, business cards, bowling vouchers, equipment (printer, water purifier, coffee machine), fixed assets
- Supports with the use of administrative tools & other general tools
- Assists the managers with processing state-mandated annual report procedures
- Maintains data files such as updating store ranking, processing monthly PL data for distribution, and audit trail report.
- Creates approval requests, payment requests to process invoices from vendors.
- Organizes meetings, business trips, flights, catering, and more as needed
- Assists the superiors with managing information and supporting in creating information
- Oversees clerical tasks such as sorting and sending mail and shipping packages.
- Work environment improvement activity such as handling employee complaints with improvement activities
- Ensures Company’s Safety Policies and makes sure the policy is complying with governmental requirements.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by managers; job duties may change at any time or without notice.
Job Requirements:
- College degree preferred, but not required.
- Minimum of three to five years of Administrative/Executive assistant and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Local traveling by car may be required.
