Job Description:
- Maintain and monitor food quality standards across all locations
- Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices
- Implement food safety protocols (HACCP) and conduct regular inspections
- Manage compliance with local health regulations and internal standards
- Train and guide staff on quality, hygiene, and safety practices
- Other duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Experience in quality control, hygiene, or food safety within high end restaurants or the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- English: Business level
