Hours: Monday – Friday
Possible Shifts on Saturday and early mornings.
Pay Range: $23 – $24/hr.

Job Description:
- Coordinate daily production activities within assigned production rooms, including processing, freezing, and packing areas
- Source raw materials and ingredients from Central Kitchen refrigerators and freezers according to production plans and FIFO practices
- Monitor processing and coordinate transfer of semi-finished products and ensure proper freezing, labeling, and storage in accordance with food safety standards
- Monitor workflow and productivity to support on-time and accurate production output
- Ensure Associates follow standard recipes, portioning, labeling, and production procedures
- Perform daily food safety, sanitation, and quality checks and report deviations to the Manager
- Employee health management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas, storage spaces, and equipment
- Ensure soiled equipment, utensils, and tools are properly cleaned and sanitized according to established procedures
- Provide day-to-day direction to Production Associates during assigned shifts
- Monitor Associate attendance and notify the Manager of absences or coverage needs
- Assist with coordinating shift coverage or replacements as directed by the Manager
- Support on-the-job training for new and existing Associates
- Assist with monitoring ingredient levels and production supplies within assigned areas
- Communicate supply needs or shortages to the Manager for ordering or replenishment
- Ensure proper storage and organization of ingredients, packaging, and supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors or management
- Hygiene management for each processing room
- Other duties as required
Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a senior associate or lead in a commercial kitchen or food production environment preferred
- Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and temperature control practices
- Ability to coordinate multiple production tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in hot, cold, and refrigerated environments
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds without assistance; heavier items with appropriate lifting equipment
- Basic level Spanish speaking is preferred, but not required
- Food safety certification preferred but not required
