A trading company in South Bay, CA is looking for an Administrator.
Position: Administrator (JE) – Administrative
Pay Range: $40-46K/Y

Job Descriptions:
– Handle all GA & HR related daily operations on own. Achieve the assigned goals in annual GA & HR action plan.
– Assist other members in order to process GA & HR daily operations. Check data for payroll processing for Exempt & Non-exempt Employees.
– Handle health insurance (medical, dental, vision, life, STD) related matters. Check data for shared savings plan – 401(k) related matters.
– Prepare new-hire employee document package and perform new-employee orientation.
– Arrange interviews to hire new employees by contacting employment agencies.
– Maintain employee data and personnel/medical files and other records.
– Handle other roles or special projects assigned by supervisor.
– Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
– Proficient PC Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
– Business level Japanese (reading and writing required)
– Business level English (reading and writing required)
– At least 3 years of experience in general administration and business related fields
