Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (includes a 1-hour break) *Approx. 30 hours per week
Pay Range: $15-18/hr.

Duties:
This is an administrative support role assisting the sales team, primarily with the buying and selling of vehicles for clients on assignment from Japan.
- Greeting customers who visit the showroom
- Preparing paperwork for vehicle sales and purchases
- Scheduling vehicle maintenance
- Other related tasks
Required and Preferred Skills
- Standard driver’s license (submission of driving record required)
- Japanese language proficiency *Required
- Basic proficiency in Excel and Word *Required
- Ability to work well in a team and provide a cheerful, friendly service *Required
