Job Description:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and orders.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment.
- Present and promote company products to prospective clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the management based on market analysis.
- Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of company products, their features, and applications.
- Effectively communicate product information to clients and address any inquiries.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Job Requirements:
- Prior B2B sales experience is preferred
- Japanese or Spanish language skills are a plus
- Prior experience in the textile industry is preferred.
- Be able to travel regularly within market region
