Work Style Fully In-person
Hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (1h lunch)
Pay Range $48,000–60,000 (Non-Exempt)

Job Description:
- Sales activities to maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
- Sales activities to develop new clients and build long-term relationships
- Interpretation and meeting facilitation for discussions with U.S. and Japanese companies
- Preparation of proposals, quotations, and other documents, as well as presentations
- Business trips to Japan 1–2 times per year and possible regular domestic travel within the U.S.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in English with Japanese language skills at a daily conversation level or higher (interpretation duties required)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Positive mindset with the ability to respond quickly to business needs
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Sales experience not required (on-the-job training will be provided)
- Basic Office skills (email correspondence, Excel data entry, simple calculations)
