Pay Range: $70,000 – $110,000 + Commission

Job Description:
- Drive new customer acquisition in the U.S. market
- Focus on Japanese companies (including Japanese-affiliated companies in the U.S.)
- Build and refine early-stage sales playbook
- Ensure successful onboarding of early customers
- Identify and acquire new customers through cold outreach, referrals, networking, and industry events
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → pitch → pricing → negotiation → closing
- Focus on Japan-related clients in the U.S.
- Work closely with the CEO and VP of Sales to localize and execute U.S. GTM strategies
- Define ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), messaging, and sales playbooks
- Continuously improve sales processes
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients
- Collaborate with Operations to deliver high-quality service
- Proactively solve cross-functional issues
- Provide structured feedback to Product & Engineering teams
- Help shape our TMS / OMS / WMS roadmap
- Maintain accurate CRM data
- Track KPIs and forecast revenue
- Improve conversion rates across the funnel
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain
- Proven track record in new customer acquisition
- Solid understanding of freight operations (FCL required, LCL/Air is a plus)
- Full fluency in Japanese
- Business-level English
- Experience with logistics software (TMS, OMS, WMS)
- Experience working in international environments
