Job Description:

• Phone and e-mail customer service
• Document requests and information gathering from providers
• Claim Processing
• Other duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Japanese: Fluent with professional Japanese in speaking, reading and writing
• English: Fluent with professional Japanese in speaking, reading and writing
• Basic operation on Windows/Word& Excel, e-mail, internet web browsing
• Type speed: 30 WPM
• Over 1-3 years of work experience is preferred
• Customer service experience is preferred
