Job Description:

• Manage accounts and provide customer service and sales support
• Order management
• Resolve and issues and take customer complaints
• New Business development
• Visit client locations as needed
• Reporting for internal and external teams
• Other duties as required

Job Requirements: 

• Valid Driver’s License
• Japanese communication skills (Speaking / Listening)
• Japanese reading and writing would be preferred
• Excel and PowerPoint
