Job Description:
• Job Postings for New and Existing stores on ZipRecruiter, Indeed, Better team, Glassdoor, Homepage and ADP
• Resume Screening
• Performing and coordinate in-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Follow up on the interview/background check process status
• Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
• Completing timely reports on employment activity
• Competitor Research/Wage investigation from local competitors
• Gather college information: Distance, recruiting on campus, Job poster approval • Conducting and preparing for job fairs /Perform Orientations
• Coordinate travels (Flight, Hotel, Rental Cars)
• Creating and submitting Payment Request for new trainees and hotels
• Auditing and collecting invoice for corporate credit card
• Responsible to maintain and update employee personnel records
• Administers new hire for all employees
• Responsible to submit Monthly progress for tasks
• Communicate business information correctly and smoothly in communication with other departments
• Multiple Business trips (For 2-3weeks)
• Translation and Interpretation in English/Japanese at full-time employee interview
• Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by executive management.
• Maintains high ethical standards in the workplace.
• Complies and maintains confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.

Job Requirement
- Education and/or Experience 4-year college degree preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Professional demeanor, good telephone etiquette.
- Handles confidential Information well, discretion and excellent customer relations skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Local traveling by car is required.
