Title: Japanese and Spanish Production Interpreter & Employee Support Coordinator

Location: CA – South Bay
Work Style: Fully in-person
Hours: 15 – 20 hours per week, mornings only
Pay Range: $30 – $40 / hour

Duties:
- Support internal and external communication using Japanese and Spanish
- Work guidance and interpretation and translation for Spanish and Japanese speaking employees
- Explanation and education on work procedures, quality standards, and safety rules on the manufacturing floor
- Communication support between on-site staff and managers
- Translation and creation of various manuals, work instructions, and training materials
- Communication support for onboarding and retention of employees
- Assistance with preparing reports related to production, quality, and safety
- Interpretation support for recruitment and interviews as needed
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in Japanese and Spanish (Read/Write/Speak/Listen)
- Ability to work smoothly in a multicultural environment
- Have knowledge in food manufacturing / production industry related terms
- Have knowledge of quality control/quality assurance terms. Having specific knowledge for Food industry QA such as HACCP, Food safety is a big plus.
- Knowledge in Human Resources terms and language especially in hiring and training.
