Pay: 26/hr.
Job Description:
- Master Data & Digital Asset Management
- Centralized Item Setup: Lead the end-to-end setup process for all new items across internal databases, major retail platforms, and 3PL systems.
- Content Excellence: Maintain and optimize online listings to ensure all digital catalog data meets the highest industry and retailer standards.
- Digital Asset Coordination: Manage the product image library, ensuring high-quality images, proper formatting, and accurate labeling for all SKUs.
- Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination
- Freight & Carrier Management: Serve as a point of contact for 3PL partners to schedule carrier appointments and coordinate marketplace transportation.
- Operational Documentation: Execute daily order releases, packing slip requests, invoicing, and end-of-day (EOD) operational reporting.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, data management, or retail/e-commerce operations.
- Experience working with major big-box retailers is a strong plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables); familiarity with retail vendor portals, data synchronization networks, and inventory management systems.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to review spreadsheet data, identify trends, and translate raw data into operational improvements.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and coordination skills to bridge the gap between internal departments, external suppliers, and logistics carriers.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional accuracy in data entry and master file management.
