Hours: 8:30 – 5:30
Pay Range: $25/hr
Job Description:
Order Processing tasks:
- Review customer’s purchase order and support documents after sales reviewed.
- Input customer’s purchase orders to issue Sales Order, Purchase Order, and Invoice in ERP system.
- Issue Purchase Order to parent company.
- Issue Order Acknowledgement to customers.
- Communicate with sales, customers, engineers, and Parent Company regarding order status.
- Sent Invoice to customers (from ERP system and/or upload customer’s portal site).
- Issue and sent Proforma Invoice to customer and follow up with customer and accounts receivable.
- Sent shipment notice to customer with shipping documents.
- Weekly and Monthly Purchase & Sales, and inventory check on ERP system.
Sales Support tasks:
- Support set up customer account (collect customer information and process credit application into ERP system.
- Support shipment inquiry with customers and/or parent company.
- Support for processing customer item updates and other change requests
- Support Audit Preparation for Internal Control.
- Send promotion sample and flyer to customer.
- Maintain stock sample inventory and flyer.
- Occasionally ship some other items to sales, parent company, and/or customer.
- Other duties as required by supervisor.
Job Requirements:

- Good communication between sales support team, sales team, accounting, applied engineer team, customer, parent company, and others.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills – Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel.
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks, SAGE, SAP Business One or equivalent is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Import and Export is preferred.
- Language: Japanese (Full professional level) and English (Business level) required.

- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience (two to four years)
