Title: Food Factory Manager

Hours: 3:00 AM – 12:30 PM (5 days a week which may include weekends. Two days off guaranteed)
Pay Range: Up to $68,000year to start

Job Description
- Working manager that is working both the line and management.
- Manage over and control the other factory staff to make sure production is done in a timely and compliant manner.
- Manage over safety and hygeine procedures for production
- Includes also washing and cleaning duties as needed and on the occassion delivery as well.
- Cover for missing staff as needed in order to maintain schedule.
- Other duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Prior food production supervision experience in an industrial environment at least 1 year.
- Ability to both work and manage.
- Able to work weekends if needed.
- Basic Japanese language skills (speak and listen conversationally)
- Basic Spanish language skills would be a plus, but not required.
- Prior FDA and/or USDA compliance experience
- Knowledge in HACCP and Food safety
- May become a key holder in the future, in which case the start time will be 1 AM or 2 AM.
