Job Description
- Cook and prepare food following recipes and manufacturing instructions.
- Maintain production speed and quality for large volume cooking.
- Plating, hygiene management, cleaning, and other duties as required.
- Other duties as needed.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years experience working in industrial kitchen (buffet, large volume hotel kitchen, or other similar experience can also be considered).
- Be able to work consistently and quickly and have an eye for detail.
- HACCP and food safety knowledge
- Have basic Japanese language skills (speak and listen conversationally)
- Spanish language skills would be a plus, but not required.
