Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8AM-4PM

Job Descriptions:
- Ensure internal policies and quality procedures are adhered to support organization’s goals and values. ü Inspection, shipping, and receiving of parts.
- Receive all documents and enter the data into the on-line system on the PC.
- Operate a data entry device to input and maintain lists and records.
- Create and update databases.
- Maintain a daily count of all claims processed
- Follow work procedures, work schedules and expedites workflow.
- Follow all inspection, receiving, shipping, splitting, kitting, inventory management and distribution operations by abiding to program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures as initiated by the Warehouse Manager.
- Operate forklift to perform duties.
- Ensure warehouse, machines, vehicles, and lifts used in the warehouse are regularly inspected and are in good condition.
- Ensure warehouse compliance with relevant business, and quality regulations.
- Follow all warehouse safety policies and regulations.
- Ensures quick, on time, and appropriate action for customers’ urgent requirements.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse per cleaning schedules provided.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- HS Diploma
- 1+ years experience preferred
- Forklift Certification/OSHA
- Basic computer knowledge and skills of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and Internet. Must be able to perform advanced research on the internet
- Dangerous Goods certification ü Be able to pass TSA & C-TPAT background check
