Work Style: Hybrid (at least two days per week in the office, with the option to work remotely on other days)
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $21.15- $24.51/H + Overtime compensation

Job Description
- Contact or visit customer, supplier and partner sites and represents interests of customer.
- Promote our supplier’s products or service to customers to maintain or increase profit and margins.
- Clerical work for procurement, shipping, inventory control, accounting and customer support.
- Create scenarios and execute plans to resolve any problems or challenges tailored to customer’s need.
- Develop and create new business schemes and customers to diverse the business portofolio.
- Act as a meeting facilitator, do presentations to clients to make proposals or reach consensus.
- Utilize computer expertiese to improve efficiency of clerical work and analysis using Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
- Understand financial state and strategy of each business within the company.
- Maintain and organize documents and reports in a timely manner to supervisor.
- Take responsibility to achive the budget and/or mid-term business plan as the sales representatives.
Requirements
- Ability to effectively respond to questions or doing the negotiation with customers, management, staff, and the general public in English.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to individuals and groups in English.
- Ability to write reports, proposals, presentations and procedure manuals in English.
- Japanese language skills are preferred
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions.
- Ability to analyze the financial statements such as Balance Sheet, Profit Loss, Cash-flow, etc.
- Ability to calculate price proposals considering profit margins.
- Ability to apply knowledge and sense of understanding to carry-out detailed written or oral
- instructions including technical contents.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variable in standardized situations.
- Must be tactful, mature, flexible and able to successfully respond to multiple work pressures.
- Must have strong sense of responsibility and high awareness of taking the lead role.
- Be eager to learn everything and proactive to present added values.
- Must be able to use a computer and applications soft as Microsoft Windows/Office etc.
