Position: Sr. Customer Service Representative Associate (JE)- Customer Service/Sales Assistant
Pay Range: $21.5-25.5/H
Job Type: Permanent
Location: CA – Orange County
Job Descriptions:
– Phone and e-mail customer service
– Document requests, information gathering from providers, claim processing
– Claim processing, and billing Processing to client
– Coaching and training other CSRs
– Other duties as required
Requirements:
– Over 1-3 years work experience preferred
– Customer service experience NOT required
– Japanese: Fluent with professional Japanese in speaking, reading and writing
– English: Fluent with intermediate English in speaking, reading and writing
– Basic operation on Windows/Word& Excel, e-mail, internet web browsing
– Type speed: 30 WPM
