Position: Shipping Coordinator
Pay Rate: $22/H
Job Type: Permanent
Location: CA – South Bay
Job Descriptions:
– Coordinate and oversee the shipping process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
– Utilize the MRP (Material Requirements Planning) system to manage inventory and track shipments
– Coordinate shipments from Harbor / Airport to warehouse or other designated locations
– Monitor Cargo Status
– Assist with warehouse operations such as shipping and receiving / loading and unloading as needed when Warehouse coordinator is unavailable (approximate once a month or less)
– Other duties as required
Requirements:
– Prior Experience in a logistics office position for import or export.
– Prior experience with sit down forklift
– Strong communication skills and flexibility with duties
– Skill of Japanese (Speak/Read/Listening/Writing)
