Location: Los Angeles, CA
Work Style: Hybrid 3 days in-person
Hours: 9 AM – 5:30 PM (30 Min lunch)
Pay Range: $70K/Y – 80K/Y

Job Description:
Corporate Planning Activities:
- Works closely with management to drive and implement Company-wide initiatives and projects including KPI to enhance productivity.
- Organizes strategic planning activities including division meeting, KPI meeting with Tokyo, etc.
- Communicates with divisions/departments and prepares reports to reflect progress against the defined plan. Also creates reports or materials as requested by management.
- Monitors progress of KPI, department targets or other equivalent tasks and provide instruction or support to the relevant party to achieve key organization outcomes.
- Assists and supports reviewing department’s risk management and budget management.
- Analyzes, monitors and presents on the progress of KPI, department targets or other equivalent tasks and provides instruction, recommendation and/or support to the relevant party to achieve key organization outcomes.
- Other duties as required
- Data and Information Research Analysis
- Obtains data and/or information from internal and/or external source as necessary to assist various considerations in company. Analyzes information and makes recommendations to enhance company’s performance.
- Project handling
- Implements and administrates cross-company project assigned by the management.
- Provides support to other departments as instructed by management. This includes obtaining data using internal system, etc.
- Handles inquiries from HQ in Japan.
- Creates report required by company’s ISMS program.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED and above

Ability to manage data handling, analysis, compile, and summarize

2 – 5 years of experience working in Financial Merchant related area preferred

Read, Write, Speak, Listen in both English and Japanese fully (Keigo)

Intermediate level skills in Microsoft office (Excel, PPTX, Access, Word, Etc.).
