Work Style: In-person
Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (30 min unpaid lunch) (8 hours per day)
Pay Range: $23 – $28/H
Benefit: None during Temp
Job Description
- Work directly with clients and internal teams in English and Japanese
- Use established procedures.
- Creating projects data base with specified tools.
- Basic accounting tasks such as preparing quotations and POs, understanding of A/R and A/P, invoicing, others.
- Basic supply chain management such as engagement with customers and suppliers. Engagements may include topics related to logistics, sales, customer claims, others.
- Take part in compliance and regulatory related activities to safely import and/or export any commodities.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Upon going full time there will be domestic travel to client and vendor locations when needed ~ once every 1 – 3 months or so.
Requirements
- English and Japanese bilingual required (Read / Write / Speak / Listen) must be able to professionally communicate in both languages.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role will be preferred
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office: Excel, word, powerpoint, outlook)
- Experience with project management software (i.e. Notion) would be preferred
- Experience with Power BI or similar software would be preferred
- After going direct with company, be able to travel as needed (~1 time every 1 – 3 months).
