Position: Sales Assistant/ PPM Associate (JE) – Sales
Pay Range: $22-24.5/H
Job Type: Permanent
Location: CA – Los Angeles
Job Descriptions:
– Inputs, updates, and maintains sales orders, invoices, and bill-back data within the Company database.
– Monitors inventory and ensures the ordered items are in stock.
– Updates and maintains customer records in the Company database.
– Prepares and maintains shipping documents related to exports, including tracking shipments, and inventory management.
– Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
– Business level English – Read/write/speak/listen
– Business level Japanese; Fluent Japanese preferred – Read/write/speak/listen
– Maintains a positive attitude and willingness to learn
– Ability to work independently and as a team
– Ability to adapt to frequent changes in assignments and workload
– High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree and above preferred
– 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
