Job Description:
- Handles necessary repairs and maintenance
- Reports any issues to the manager or clients
- Responds to repair and maintenance request in a timely manner
- Collaborates with the maintenance team and contractors as needed and head office team as well.
- Uses equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools
Requirements
- At least 1 year maintenance experience, electrician is strongly preferred but not required.
- Must have a driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Spanish or Japanese language would be plus but not required
