Pay Range: $20 – $22/H

Job Description:
- Plan the shipping schedule for the entire order cycle by coordinating with suppliers/ manufacturers.
- Maintain a professional and positive working relationship with our suppliers, loading facilities, and carriers.
- Ensure that shipments follow the laws and regulations, including the governing of the export industry.
- Receive and inspect delivered parts from freight services.
- Input and update the delivery status to the inventory system.
- Keep track of invoices and prepare reports to expedite the billing process.
- Translate shipping documents from English and Japanese and vice versa.
- Respond to and resolve the quality-related issues with the suppliers.
- Analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
- Other duties as necessary.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Japanese is required (Read / Write / Speak / Listen)
- Associate’s degree from two-year college or above
- Prior related work experience is a plus, but entry level is okay
- Experience with general office equipment and software such as Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
