Location: South Bay, CA
Work Style: In Office
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (Over Time as Needed)
Pay Range: $23-$25/H
Job Description

Provides quotes/estimates for freight shipping to new and existing clients

Onboards new clients to help them understand the process of shipping, receiving and delivering freight

Acting as the point of contact if clients have any issues with their shipping needs

Actively works with the warehouse staff to review and route shipments

Other duties as required
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (outlook/excel)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to handle multiple tasks and work independently
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work with little supervision and the ability to take initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- Background in sales is a plus
- 3 yrs or more experience in customer service
- 3 yrs or more experience in freight forwarding is a plus
