Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm (1h lunch)
Pay Range: $20-$22/H

Job Description
- Research new business locations for operational requirements.
- Create personal timelines with milestones and estimated completion dates for each project.\
- Collaborate with the various departments on new construction projects.
- Ensure permits and licenses are in place to meet construction and operation deadlines.
- Provide regular updates to all involved parties regarding licensing status and processes.
- Offer guidance and clear instructions and advising to the store and operations teams as needed.
- Reach out and communicate with local government officials, regulatory members.
- Work closely with attorneys and/or legal consultants.
- Ensure the timely payment of invoices and fees.
- Manage the timing of application submittals, renewals, inspections, and hearings.
- Handle confidential information responsibly and ethically.
- Attend mandatory meetings and frequently report to supervisor.

- Education and Experience College degree preferred but not required.
- Must have professional or corporate office working experience.
- Prior experience in compliance or licensing environment desired.
- Business development or general construction management experience is a plus. Reasoning Ability
- Ability to interpret and present a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and discretion. Professional demeanor and good character are expected for giving and accepting direction or advising.
Commute and Travel
- Ability to commute to workplace on time, and go out to job sites when necessary.
- Reliable and punctual method of transportation is required for timely attendance. Flexibility to travel frequently is desired.
