Job Description:
- Phone and e-mail customer service and claim adjustment for customer, assistance, and concierge applications
- Document requests and information gathering from providers
- Accuracy of work is required
Requirements
- Japanese Language Skills: Fluent with professional Japanese in speaking, reading and writing
- English Language Skills: Fluent with professional English in speaking, reading and writing
- Basic operation on Windows/Word& Excel, e-mail, internet web browsing
- Type speed: 30 WPM+
- Over 1-3 years of customer service experience and leadership position experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is NOT required
