Location: Orange County, CA
Work Style: Fully In Person
Hours: Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM (unpaid 1-hour lunch break)
Pay Range: $21.50-$25.50/H

Job Descriptions
- Phone and e-mail customer service and claim adjustment for customer, assistance, and concierge applications
- Document requests and information gathering from providers
- Data entry
- Other duties as required
Requirements
- Japanese: Fluent with professional Japanese in speaking, reading and writing
- English: Fluent with professional English in speaking, reading and writing
Computer Skills
- Basic operation on Windows/Word& Excel, e-mail, internet web browsing
- Type speed: 30 WPM+
- Over 1-3 years of customer service experience and leadership position experience is preferred, but not required.
