Job Description

Respond to customer inquiries, process orders, and handle sales calls and emails.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.

Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.

Ensure timely and clear communication with all customers.

Provide accurate quotations and close sales effectively.

Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.

Promote e-commerce platforms to streamline customer purchasing.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely order fulfillment.

Support credit collections by following up on outstanding payments and collaborating with the accounting team.

Follow credit and order limit guidelines to manage risk.

Work closely with the outside sales team, management, and suppliers to align on goals.

Share market and customer feedback to support business strategies.

Requirements

Prior sales or customer service experience preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Basic math skills and the ability to learn product specifications.
