A Manufacturing Company in South Bay, CA is looking for a HR / GA Assistant ‐ Admin
1. Performance Evaluation
– Create and improve data files by macro excel
– Create and improve data files for final results
– Aggregate and create evaluation data file
– Assist operations of overall evaluation system
– Provide Evaluator and New Hire’s Training regularly
– Assist to create and provide training plans
– Assist promotion data file and operation
2. Overall Payroll Operation
– Research pay scale in job market
– Assist Pay Raise Plan
– Improve data file by auto calculation for pay raise & bonus by Macro excel
– Improve data file to apply Status Change Form (pay change) by Macro excel
– Assist overall payroll processing including 401(K) contributions
3. Recruiting, New Hire Orientation, Exit Interview
– Assist managers to recruit, hire a new position
– Conduct orientation, exit interview
4. Employee Training/Self-Development Program
– Research and provide training, educational & self-development programs to earn scores
– Improvement for annual training
5. Administration
– Benefit Administration
– Legal compliance
6. Special Projects
– Facilitator of projects
– Research, create presentation, etc.
7. Interpretation/Translation
– Translate documents to English/Japanese requested by the management
8. – All other assignments requested by the management
- Extensive Excel Skill (Macro formula for various forms)
- Strong PowerPoint Skill
- Good communication skill in both English & Japanese
- From/To English and Japanese translation
- ADP Payroll System experience is a plus
