Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm (1h lunch)
Pay Range: $22-$27.75/H

Job Description:
- Develop effective action plans and strategies based on the corporate directed goals.
- Work together with Operation team to ensure Food & Beverage Planning tasks are being communicated and executed properly.
- Provide efficient and accurate FBP related training to stores.
- Ensure store employees comply with health and food safety standards and regulations (including but not limited to OSHA).
- Assist with month end COGS and monitoring store inventory and usage.
- Ensure that all required reports are submitted accurately in timely manner.
- Respond to inquiries from stores.
- Review current product quality and research new vendors.
- Regularly research local competitors and report findings.
- Create and/or update store Bar Menus.
- Provide support to stores as needed and manage their HQ inventory.
- Be in charge or participate in multiple important cross departmental projects and assignments that will be tasked to Planning team.
- Process Payment Requests for Planning Departments as needed.
- Data entry as needed.
- Occasional Business trips (typically 1-3 days)
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Restaurant or similar food service experience preferred.
- Bartending or alcohol related experience preferred.
- Previous demonstrable experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of basic computer skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Japanese Language Skills Preferred
