Hours: Mon – Fri: 8AM – 5PM
Pay Range: $21.50-$25.50/H

Job Description:
- Customer Service for Credit Card and Road Assistant Service Operation
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to emails, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Address customer needs promptly, ensuring they leave the call happy and satisfied
- Hybrid position with 2-3 days/week in office
Requirements
- Education: BA preferred
- Work Experience: Not required, but customer service experience is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Japanese (Full professional proficiency in speaking and writing for both)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
