Position: Field Service Manager
Pay Range: $130K-140K/Y

Location: CA – Riverside County
Job Descriptions:
– The Field Service Manager coordinates and plans Field Service personnel and manpower (internal and/or thirdparty) to execute field service projects at customers’ sites or shops. Projects include, but not limited to:
– compressor installations, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup
– LTSA’s, subcontractor management
– system operation and maintenance, overhauls, repairs and modifications.
– This position supports clients, customers, shops, Systems Engineering and After Market Sales & Engineering with inquiries, quotes, and orders by selecting and scheduling qualified personnel that will perform the project scope of work safely and reliably.
– This position has substantial discretion, autonomy and independence in the execution of his/her duties, decisions and/or responsibilities.
– Other duties as required
Requirements:
– Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
– 3-5 years minimum experience in Rotating Equipment, plant maintenance, or related field.
– Good knowledge of site execution work for planning & scheduling of system maintenance.
– Strong computer skills for generation of technical reports for rotating equipment to include: inspections,repair procedures and reports, root cause analysis (RCA) reports operation and maintenance manuals,department processes and procedures.
– Possess experience and knowledge of installation of all type of static and rotary equipment (pumps,compressors, etc).
