Job Descriptions:
– E-commerce duties in Japanese & English
– Account management
– Order processing
– Preparing orders for shipping
– Payment processing
– Selling/shipping reporting
– Filing documents
– Customer support
– Inventory reporting
– Other duties as required
Requirements:
– Japanese language skills (reading, writing, hearing and speaking)
– Microsoft Office
– Preferred: Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, etc.
– Experience:
– E-commerce: 1 year (Preferred)
– Customer support: 1 year (Preferred)
