Job Descriptions

Customer service over the phone and e-mail with customers in English and if possible in Japanese.

Assist and guide customers with any issues they are having.

High volume of e-mails and calls

Other duties as required
Requirements
- Fluent English language skills for speaking and writing

Japanese language skills would be helpful but not required.

Prior B2B or B2C customer service experience would be helpful.
