Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30AM – 5:00PM
Pay Range: $22/H Exact

Job Descriptions
- Provides customer services including forwarding, delivery details, processing orders, handling complaints or other general duties.
- Responding to customer inquiry and related research
- Operations support including bookings, board tracking, maintaining work profiles and rates
- Respond to customer inquiries or requests via telephone and email as well as in-person for customers coming into the office.
- Communicate with internal and/or external sources to secure information
- Update and maintain work profiles and rates using management’s updated information
- Other duties as required.
Requirements
- Strong teamwork skills
- Good communications skill – listening, providing and receiving feedback
- Bilingual English/ Japanese
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate or significant or relevant or appropriate working experience. Some college desirable.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Strong computer and analytical skills – PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
