Buyer/Amusement Planning representative (JE) – Purchasing

An entertainment company in Orange County is looking for a Japanese Bilingual Buyer/Amusement Planning representative.

Position: Buyer/Amusement Planning representative – Purchasing

Pay: Exact $20/H

Job Type: Permanent

Location: CA – Orange County

Job Descriptions:

 – Order, process payment, and distribute prizes to all stores

 – Review invoices and submit them to the accounting department for accurate payment

 – Occasional travel for 2-3 days

 – Verify and assist stores in bringing in machinery, equipment, promotional items, etc. as planned and inspect their condition

 – Support and manage COGS control with the operations department

Requirements:

 – Entry Level OK

 – Strong Excel skills required (should be capable summarizing sales for multiple stores)

 – Japanese and English language skills

 – Strong skills / knowledge in current trends and social media
