An entertainment company in Orange County, CA is looking for a Buyer/Amusement Planning representative.
Job Title: Buyer/Amusement Planning representative
Pay: $20/H (Exact)
Work Hours: M-F 9am – 6pm
Job Type: Perm
Location: Orange County, CA
Work Travel: Required Occasionally
Job Description:
- Summarize sales of 50 stores/branch by Excel
- Ordering, payment, and distribution of prizes to all stores, mainly in the amusement area
- Inspection and purchasing of new prizes and products
- Review invoices and submit to accounting department for accurate payment
- Verify and assist stores in bringing in machinery, equipment, promotional items, etc. as planned and inspect their condition
- Support and manage COGS control with operations department
- Create contents on Social Media
- Other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Japanese skill is required.
- Excel skills required
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- Proficiency Micro Soft Office Skill
- Prior experience with creating contents on Social Media is preferred
