Work Hr: Monday – Friday: 8:30am to 5:00pm (other flexible hours available e.g. 7:30am to 4:00pm or 9:30am to 6:00pm.), one hour break
Pay Range: $90K – $100K/Y DOE

Job Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in the U.S. market, with a focus on industries requiring high-reliability ceramic components.
- Conduct technical presentations, highlighting the advantages of our ceramic components in meeting industry-specific demands.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to provide customized solutions based on customer specifications.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and detailed sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and clarity in product specifications.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, consistently working to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, providing insights to the management team.
- Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular reports on sales performance and customer activity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years experiences in technical sales or sales engineering within ceramic components, electronic components, or similar high-reliability fields.
- Strong knowledge of AlN multilayered Ceramic Substrate and Packages or antennas and their applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the U.S. to meet with clients as required.
- Japanese Language Skills – Business Level Preferred.
