Job Descriptions:
- Sales and Client Relationship Management (CRM): Responsible for maintaining existing accounts, growing new accounts, and meeting/exceeding annual revenue and profit targets.
- Project Management: Coordinating with manufacturing and shipping partners to ensure customer needs are met, managing ongoing supply of various materials to customers, inventory planning and management, execution of service offerings, supporting regulatory compliance, brokering communications between various clients and reporting internally and externally.
- Drafting and proposal of custom-made material supply and service solutions.
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business related major and/or Science Background in Biology/BioChem/Chemical Engineering/similar is required.
- 3~5 years of B2B sales experience and prior experience working in an office environment.
- Bilingual English and Japanese preferred. Willingness to adapt to a perpetual cross-cultural environment is critical.
- Must have an understanding of or familiarity with Import/Export, Global Supply Chain, Buying/Selling Trade Terms.
- Excellent business communication and negotiation skills are necessary, must be presentable in a business environment.
- Demonstrated experience with understanding the concept of revenue/cost/profit, with basic knowledge of business finance, financial analysis, and accounting.
- Professional/Business-level proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel up to 50% in the US and internationally (requires valid driver’s license and passport).
