Position: Compliance Representative – Other
Pay Range: $20-23/H
Job Type: Permanent
Location: CA – Orange County
Job Descriptions:
– Research and implement the timely procurement of new store licenses and permits.
– Coordinate with development team, government agencies, law firms.
– Ensure necessary permits and licenses are obtained to meet construction schedules and/or operational deadlines.
– Provide updates to involved parties to acknowledge the various stages of the licensing procurement and approval process.
– Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
– Working knowledge of Microsoft programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)
– 4-year college degree preferred but not required.
– Working in compliance or licensing environment desired, preferably in the retail, hospitality industries
– Business development experience, general construction management experience, and ability to read architectural plans are a big plus
– Ability to go out to job sites when necessary
– Flexibility to travel multiple times a year
