Job Title: Purchasing Assistant Manager
Pay: $50K-60K/Y
Work Hours: Monday – Friday: 9AM – 6PM; 1 hr. lunch; OT may apply

Job Descriptions:
- Manages purchasing of foods, fish, and Non-food items, including sourcing, price negotiations, transportation logistics, and product development
- Analyzes and forecasts product sales volume and market demands, and creates purchase orders based on sales volume, demand planning, and inventory level
- Calculates product costs and prices to determine profit margin
- Ensures product quality by sampling and customer feedback, and work with suppliers for quality assurance
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Business level English required
- Business level Japanese, Chinese, or Korean Required– read/write/speak/listen
- Maintains a positive attitude
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Able to adapt to frequent changes in assignments and workload
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
- 3+ years of purchasing experience preferred in food industry
